Intructions: download the archieve and then extract the file named pes 2013.reg.txt, and rename it like this: pes 2013.reg also changing the extension to .reg, then open it and it should work.

For those who have problems downloding the file:

Just create a .txt file somewhere on the desktop and copy this code:
